Payment methods
You can pay for your order with Ideal and Creditcard.
Payments to Ruby Tuesday are safely conducted through Multi Safe Pay payment system. They guarantee that your transaction will be made securely. As soon as your payment has been received, Ruby Tuesday will complete your order and deliver it to you within 2 working days. Please note that International orders may take longer to process and deliver.
Cancellations
As soon as the order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled. The reason for this is that the orders will be processed immediately, to achieve the shortest possible delivery period. Items can be exchanged or returned, with the exception of SALE items.
Return and exchange policy
If your order does not meet your expectations, then you may exchange or return your order, or certain items within the order. Please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order on info@rubytuesday.nl indicating in writing your intention to return or exchange the specific item from your order. In this email you must indicate the specific item(s) that you wish to return and provide us with the order number associated with the order. At this time, you can also inform us of the item that you wish to receive in exchange. Please return the item you wish to exchange to address below. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
For agreements concluded via the website or in any other way where only electronic communication is used, the Customer has the right to exercise a right of withdrawal.
- The consumer has 14 days to cancel the order and notify the return.
- Then 14 days to return the product.
- After notifying the return, retailers have 14 days to refund the order amount including shipping costs.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.
For complaints, a consumer should first turn to the trader. If the online shop is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and complaints cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer should turn to WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge. Check whether this webshop has a current membership via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/. If there is still no solution, the consumer has the possibility to have his complaint handled by the independent dispute committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur, the decision is binding and both entrepreneur and consumer agree to this binding decision. Submitting a dispute to this dispute committee involves costs that have to be paid by the consumer to the committee concerned.
