Can I cancel my order after placing it?

As we strive for the quickest delivery possible, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you have a problem after placing your order, please call us and we’ll do our best to help you

The item I wanted to order is out of stock, will it come back?

It is possible that certain sizes will come back, please use the button for a stock notification and you will be the first to know!

What size do I choose?

We do our best to provide all the sizing info you need. Please check the size chart and product description. If you need any specific help with sizing, we are happy to help you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Ideal, Visa and Mastercard. All payments are safely conducted by MultiSafePay.

My payment has been rejected, what to do?

This sometimes happens when your bank has technical difficulties. Please check with the provider of the payment method you used to check what went wrong. Of course, you can always contact us if you need more help.

What is your return period?

Need to return an item? Please do this within 14 days after receiving your order.

Do I have to pay for my return?

All returns are for your own account, you may use a shipping provider of your own choice. Live nearby Breda? You are welcome to drop it off!

How long does it take before I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your return, you will be notified. Your refund will be performed within a maximum of 3 working days.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We ship all orders above 150 Euros for free within EU.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?

All orders placed on working days before 12 AM will be processed the same day. Please note that this may take longer during sale periods. You will receive an update via e-mail as soon as your order is shipped.
