We do our best to give you all the information you need. Please refer to the size chart and product description. If you need specific help determining your size, we are happy to help.

It is possible that certain sizes will return. Register for the back in stock notification of the desired item and you will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock in the webshop. You can easily arrange this by following the step-by-step plan below.

1. Go to the product page of the desired item.
2. Select the desired color and size.
3. Enter your email address and press "sign up".

Because we strive for the fastest possible delivery, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you have a change after placing your order, please call us and we will do our best to assist you.

When you place an order above €100.00, you do not pay shipping costs within the Netherlands. Are you placing an order with a total amount under €100.00? Shipping costs of €4.95 will then be charged.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days. Please note that this may take longer during sales periods. You will receive an update via email once your order has been shipped.

We accept Ideal, Visa and Mastercard. All payments are made securely by MultiSafePay.

This sometimes happens when your bank has technical problems. Contact the provider of the payment method you used to check what went wrong. Of course, you can always contact us if you need more help.

Do you want to return an item? Please do this within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returns are at your own expense, you may use a shipping provider of your choice.
